HidR respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it and the measures we take to protect it.
1. Information we collect
Account and profile
We may collect your username, email address or phone number, profile information, age or date of birth, gender, preferences and photos.
Content
We store public and private photos, messages, Together activities you create (title, description, date, selected meeting place and participant limit) and your participation in activities.
Location
Approximate location is used to show nearby people, calculate distances and display Together activities within the available radius. HidR does not automatically publish your current or exact location. For an activity, only the meeting place selected by its organizer is stored and displayed.
Device
We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating-system version and app version.
2. How we use information
- Create and manage your account and profile.
- Enable messaging and show nearby people.
- Create, display and manage Together activities and their participants.
- Improve performance, prevent abuse and maintain safety.
Your personal information is never sold.
3. Third-party services
Firebase (Google) may be used for authentication, storage, notifications and analytics. Firebase privacy information.
Google AdMob may display advertising and process limited advertising identifiers. Google Privacy Policy.
4. Advertising
Free users may see advertisements. Premium plans may reduce or remove them.
5. Security
We use measures including encrypted connections, secure cloud storage and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Moderation
Reports and certain content may be reviewed to prevent harassment, illegal activity and rule violations. Users can block or report people and activities.
7. Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service. An account-deletion request starts a seven-day grace period during which it can be cancelled. After that period, deletion is processed during the next daily automated run, scheduled at 03:00 Europe/Paris time, so it may occur up to approximately 24 hours after the displayed deadline. Some information may be retained when required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
8. Account deletion
After the grace period, HidR permanently deletes account and profile information, photos, conversations and messages, favorites, passes, views, notifications, blocks, private-album access, reports subject to legal retention duties, organized Together activities and related participation, followed by the authentication account. Activities organized by the deleted account are removed for all participants. Activities organized by others remain after the deleted account’s participation is removed.
9. Children
HidR is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Any account known to belong to a minor will be removed.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
