Delete your HidR account

The request is made directly in the app and includes a seven-day grace period.

How to request deletion

  1. Open HidR and go to your profile.
  2. Open the account settings.
  3. Select the account-deletion option.
  4. Confirm your request.
Grace period

Permanent deletion is scheduled seven days after the request. The app displays the deadline and a countdown. You may cancel from that screen until deletion has been processed.

Data deleted

  • Account, profile and public and private photos.
  • Associated conversations and messages.
  • Favorites, views, notifications, blocks and private-album access.
  • Together activities created, selected locations and related participation.
  • Participation and account references in activities created by other users.
  • Authentication account and related identifiers.

Processing and retention

After seven days, deletion occurs during the next daily automated run at 03:00 Europe/Paris time, potentially up to approximately 24 hours after the deadline. Some information may be retained when legally required, to prevent fraud and abuse, or to protect the safety and integrity of the service.
